Q13: What do I need to take to test with me?

For both the Theory/Hazard Perception and Practical Driving Tests, you MUST take your provisional licence and some form of photographic ID. If you have one of the new style photo ID driving licences, this will serve both purposes.
 
For the practical test, you will also need to take your Theory certificate
